Receta Salmon Patty Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
- 1 can (15-1/2 ounce.) salmon, liquid removed and flaked
- 4 x Green onions, (with tops), minced
- 1/4 c. Cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 4 x Hamburger buns, split and toasted
- 4 slc Process American cheese
- Â Â Lettuce leaves
- 1 x Tomato, sliced
- 1/4 c. Tartar Sauce, (recipe follows)
Direcciones
- Mix egg, salmon, onions, cracker crumbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Shape into 3 patties, each about 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Heat margarine in 10" skillet over medium heat till melted. Cook patties in margarine till golden, about 5 min on each side.
- Combine 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing, 2 Tbsp. finely minced dill pickle, 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley, 2 tsp. minced pimiento, and 1 tsp. grated onion; mix well. Cover and chill till chilled.
- Makes about 1 c. sauce: 100 calories per Tbsp..
- Place a patty on each of 4 bun halves. Top each with cheese slice, lettuce, tomato, Tartar Sauce and remaining bun half.
- Makes 4 sandwiches.
