Receta Salmon Picatta
I made picatta with fresh salmon fillets. Served with home made tomato sauce.
Ingredientes
- For Salmon Picatta
- 1 Salmon fillet (0.5b)
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 cup Minced Onion
- 2 tablespoons Corn Starch
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- For Sauce
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Canned Tomato Sauce
- 1/4teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1/4teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/16 teaspoon Salt
Direcciones
- Cut the salmon skin off, remove bones and chop salmon meat coarsely.
- In a bowl, combine chopped salmon, egg, onion and corn starch. Mix well. Form into tow patties.
- Heat olive oil and cook salmon patties until cooked through,
- Make sauce. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook garlic over medium heat until fragrant. Add tomato sauce, dried basil, dried oregano and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add black pepper to taste.
- Put the sauce on each serving plate and salmon picatta.
