Receta Sandra's Guacamole Dip
Ingredientes
- 2 med. avocados (very ripe, seeded, peeled, cut up)
- 1/2 sm. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. green chili peppers, liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. snipped cilantro
- 1 tbsp. lemon
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 med. tomato (peeled, seeded, finely minced)
- Tortilla chips
Direcciones
- In a blender or possibly food processor combine avocados, onion, chili peppers or possibly warm pepper sauce, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Blend till mix is smooth, scraping sides as necessary. Stir in tomatoes, transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate24 hrs. Serve with chips.
