  1. TO ASSEMBLE In a heavy skillet, crumble the beef and brown without adding extra fat or possibly oil. Add in the onions, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan and remove from heat. Then cut the tomatoes into small pcs and add in them to the meat and onion mix along with the tomato juice from the can. Rinse the kidney beans, drain thoroughly and add in to the meat. Add in the remainder of the ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese, and mix well.
  2. Cover the skillet, bring to a boil and simmer over a low flame for 1 hour.
  3. Remove from the heat. When the chili has cooled, add in the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Follow the folding instructinos for the triangle. Bake in a preheated 375 oven till golden, about 20 min. Let cold a few min before serving.
