Receta Saturday Night Omelet

Ingredientes
- 7 eggs plus a splash of milk â beaten
- 1 bell pepper â sliced
- ½ onion â sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic â chopped
- 1 tablespoon of pimento olives â chopped
- 1 tablespoon o f sun dried tomatoes â chopped
- 1 quart of button mushrooms â sliced
- ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese â grated
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese â grated
- Dash of salt
- Dash of black pepper
- Dash of chili powder
- Dash of garlic powder
- Drizzle of olive oil
Direcciones
- Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the veggies and sauté until the onion is transparent and a nice color is on the veggies.
- Crack the eggs in a bowl with a splash of milk, the seasonings and the parmesan cheese and beat.
- Pour into the pan with the sautéed veggies and scatter the grated Monterey cheese on top.
- Lightly cover the omelet until set.
