Receta Sauerkraut And Pork

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. cans sauerkraut
- 1/2 pound grnd pork
- 2 stalks celery, finely minced
- 2 med. onions, finely minced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 whole pimiento, sliced
- 1 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Cover pork with water and salt. Simmer 20 min. Set aside.
- Cover sauerkraut with water, boil about 10 min. Drain well. Saute/fry celery, onion, garlic, pimiento and mushrooms till golden brown. Add in liquid removed sauerkraut, dill weed, salt and pepper to taste. Add in pork with just sufficient liquid to moisten sauerkraut well. Place in covered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
