Ingredientes
- 1 c. lentils (soak lentils in water overnight)
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 2 med. garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 to 1 1/2 pound kalabasa sausage, minced
Direcciones
- After soaking lentils overnight, combine with remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs at least. Can be frzn.
