Receta Sauteed Scallops With Snowpeas

Ingredientes
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1/2 can clam juice
- 1/2 c. sesame seed oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 pound snow peas, sliced lengthwise
Direcciones
- Saute/fry scallops and garlic in sesame seed oil till brown. Add in clam juice, soy sauce and snow peas. Simmer 5 min. Serve with rice and salad.
