  1. Peel and devein shrimp. Peel and crush the garlic. Heat the butter in saute/fry pan; add in the garlic, allowing it to cook in the butter for about 15 min. Don't brown the garlic.
  2. Remove garlic from pan. Heat butter and add in shrimp. Saute/fry shrimp till hard and pink. Add in lemon, wine, parsley, and salt and pepper. Serve over your favorite rice.
