Ingredientes
- 4 x Chuck eye steaks -- cut 1"
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar -- packed
- Â Â Thick -- boneless
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice -- fresh
- 1/4 c. Steak sauce
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper -- grnd
Direcciones
- Preparation Time: 30 min Combine steak, brown sugar, lime juice and red pepper; reserve 2 tb. marinade. Place steaks in a plastic bag, add in remaining marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinate 10 min. Pour off marinade. Place steaks on grid over medium coals. Grill 14 to 20 min fro rare (140 degrees F.) to medium (160 degrees F.), turning once. Brush with reserved marinade during last 2 min of cooking. Season with salt if you like. Serving suggestions: Grilled red onion wedges and zucchini slices.
