Ingredientes
- 1 pound scallops
- 3 T butter
- 2 1/2 T honey
- White vermouth
- 10 saltine crackers
Direcciones
- Rinse and drain scallops. Arrange in dishes and sprinkle with vermouth. Heat honey and butter. Pour 1/2 of mix over scallops. Crush crackers and put over scallops. Pour remaining honey and butter over scallops.Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min, then broil for 5 min.
