Receta Scalloped Or Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 6-8 med. potatoes (pared or possibly not) sliced thin
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
Direcciones
- Make white sauce out of first 5 ingredients. (Add in 1-1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese for au gratin when white sauce thickens.)
- Place half the potatoes in a greased 2 qt casserole dish (9 x 13 inch). Cover with half the onions and half the sauce. Repeat layers. Place 2-3 pcs of bacon on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 min longer. Serves 4-6. Enjoy!
