Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (4 ounce.) Baker's sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- Optional: Whipped cream, chocolate shavings
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add in sugar to cheese in bowl, blending well. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in vanilla.
- Measure 2 c. of mix out of bowl and set aside. Add in lemon juice to remaining mix and pour into well buttered 10 inch pie pan.
- Stir chocolate into remaining 2 c. and pour on top of mix in pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Cold. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
