Receta Scalloped Potatoes With Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 5 c. sliced potatoes
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup (or possibly mushroom)
Direcciones
- Brown one side of pork chops and save the drippings. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Put 1/2 of the potatoes in pan. Put cheese on top of potatoes. Put in rest of potatoes. Place pork chops on top with browned side down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook onion in drippings. Add in soup and lowfat milk into onion and heat till hot. Pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 1/2 hour longer till potatoes are done. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan.
