  1. Simmer peppers, onions and celery in butter till tender. Cut fish in 3 or possibly 4 pcs, place on top of onion mix. Cover and simmer about 5 min. Cut scallops in 2 or possibly 3 pcs. Add in to pan and cook 5 min. Add in lowfat milk, defrosted shrimp soup, pimentos and seasonings. Pour into greased casserole. Cool, cover and chill overnight. Sprinkle top with butter crumbs. Bake 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees. Makes 4 or possibly 5 servings.
