Receta Scallops In Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 pound scallops, rinsed and thawed
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 4 T butter
- 3/4 c. white wine
- 2 T minced parsley
- Cooked rice
Direcciones
- Dust scallops with flour, salt, pepper mix. Heat butter in frying pan, saute scallop till lightly brown. Add in wine, simmer 3-4 min. Add in parsley, serve with frying pan juices over rice.
