Receta Seafood Chowder

Ingredientes
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 med. potatoes, diced
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. cooked seafood of choice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. light cream
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, saute/fry the onion in the butter till tender. Add in the potatoes and water, and bring mix to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 min, or possibly till the potatoes are almost tender. Add in the remaining ingredients and heat gently. Don't boil. Serves 4.
