Receta Seafood Cumbo

Ingredientes
- 2 pound med. shrimp, peeled and deviened
- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 lg. can tomatoes
- 1 lg. lungini
- 1 pound crab legs
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pkg. frzn okra
- 2 warm peppers
- 1 teaspoon seafood season
Direcciones
- Cook onions and green peppers in oil, add in tomatoes or possibly pasta sauce. Fold in okra and other seasonings and warm peppers. Let stand on low flame for about 45 min so all ingredients will mix well together. Add in shrimps, lobster meat, lungini, crabmeat and crab legs. Serve over rice.
- Good on a cool Saturday afternoon or possibly evening to serve to guests.
