Receta Seafood Garden Pasta Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 med. cucumber, seeded and coarsely minced
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. dill weed
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 4 c. cooked (2 c. uncooked) bow tie pasta
- 1 pound cooked medium shrimp
- 4 c. assorted vegetables (shredded carrots, yellow pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, slightly blanched broccoli flowerets)
Direcciones
- In a blender or possibly food processor, combine cucumber, oil, vinegar, and spices. Process till smooth (about 30 seconds). Pour into large bowl. Add in remaining ingredients; toss well. Cover and refrigeratetill ready to serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
