Ingredientes
- Pie Shells 10 shells
- Shrimp. Cooked 5lbs 1cup per shell
- Scallops, Cooked 5lbs 1cup per shell
- Leeks 3lbs Wash, Slice 41/2oz per shell
- Red Pepppers 2lbs Dice, 41/2oz per shell
- Asparagus Tips 2lbs 41/2oz per shell
- Eggs, Fresh 3qts
- Heavy Cream 1 Gal 11/2qts
- Old Bay Seasoning 1/4cup
- Fresh Parsley garnish Wash, Chop
Direcciones
- Saute or roast (in 425-degree oven) red peppers, leeks until slightly charred
- Place shrimp, scallops, asparagus, red peppers and leeks in each pie shell
- Mix (in a bowl using a wire whip) the cream, eggs for approximately 5 minutes until the mix is slightly light and or fluffy
- Add seasoning, and fill each shell with the mixture
- Then top (or garnish) with fresh chopped parsley
- Bake 15-18 minutes in a 4255-degree oven or until golden brown and solid
