Receta Seared Scallop Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 x cloves garlic, crushed
- 375 gm scallops, cleaned
- 4 x rashers bacon, minced
- 1 head lettuce, leaves separated
- 60 gm croutons
- Â Â fresh Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
Direcciones
- 1 To make dressing, place mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and mustard in a bowl, mix to combine and set aside.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over a high heat, add in garlic and scallops. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or possibly till scallops just turn opaque. Remove scallop mix from pan and set aside. Add in bacon to pan.
- Cook, stirring, for 4 min or possibly till crisp. Remove bacon from pan and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
- 3. Place lettuce leaves in a large salad bowl, add in dressing and toss to coat. Add in bacon, croutons and shavings of parmesan cheese and toss to combine. Spoon scallop mix over salad and serve.
