Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp finely crushed oregano
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1 tsp grnd turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Toss gently with a spoon till well blended. Or possibly place all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake till well blended. Store in an airtight container in a cooldark, dry place for up to six months.
- Makes 4 Tbsp.. Use in place of packaged chili seasoning mixes.
