Receta Sesame Brown Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 cups raw brown rice, cooked
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Direcciones
- Cook brown rice according to directions.
- While rice is cooking, saute onion and garlic in sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender.
- Stir in tomato, green onion, and parsley.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Add hot cooked brown rice.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
