  2. Prepare marinade: In 10-inch skillet over medium high heat in warm salad oil, cook sesame seeds till golden brown. In 9x13 inch baking dish, mix sesame seed-oil mix, onions, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, pepper and garlic.
  3. Trim excess fat from steak. Add in steak to marinade, turning to coat both sides. Cover and chill at least 4 hrs, turning steak occasionally.
  4. About 30 min before serving:
  5. Preheat broiler. Place steak and onions on rack in broiling pan; broil about 25 min or possibly till desired doneness, brushing frequently with marinade, turning steak once. Serve with French fries.

    I used 2 tbsp brown sugar and toasted almonds that I processed and left out the potatoes just ate it with a salad the onions that were sliced really finely also topped the salad and we thought it was still great. My issue was the fat content and calories which is why it got 3 heart out of 5. Other than that it was flavorful and tender just perfect.

      No sugar is listed in the ingredients, but there is an instruction to mix in sugar. What kind and how much??
