Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry whole summer savory
- 1 pound spinach
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 c. croutons
Direcciones
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously.
- Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry. Tear into bite-size pcs. Combine spinach and sesame seeds in a bowl; add in dressing and toss gently. Sprinkle with croutons. Yield 4-6 servings.
