My husband's favorite way to cook fish is tuna steak which you rub lightly w/ sesame oil, then dip in sesame seeds (mix white & black seeds for best effect), then broil til done to taste (he likes his pretty rare). Serve with soy sauce, wasabi (if desired it), and steamed white rice (steamed pea pods add in great color).
