Receta Seville Orange Confit

Ingredientes
- 1 x Seville orange peeled, pith
- Â Â removed, and finely chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil over high heat. Add in chopped orange, and blanch for 2 min; and strain.
- Bring 1 c. water and sugar to a boil, and add in orange peel. Reduce heat to low, and simmer till tender, about 5 to 7 min.
