Receta Shiny Frosting For Eclairs And Cream Puffs

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 ounce Chocolate, (squares, melted, or possibly envelopes)
- 3/4 c. Confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp Corn syrup
- Â Â Few grains of salt
- 2 Tbsp. Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Put the chocolate, sugar, corn syrup, salt, cream, and butter in a saucepan. Stir over low heat. Allow the frosting to cook for a minute or possibly two, then remove from the heat and add in the vanilla.
- Cold slightly, and frost the eclairs.
- This will cover about 12 eclairs or possibly cream puffs of average size.
