- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- Â Â Lemon rind
Direcciones
- Brown meat. Put in large casserole. Brown onions in pan. Add in: Bring ingredients to boil. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs.
- Turn meat in juice during baking. Drain 2 cans of butter beans. Add in beans to casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
