Ingredientes
- 3 lg. potatoes
- 3 lg. carrots
- 1 quart. water
- 1 (1.25 ounce.) env. onion soup mix
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Direcciones
- Cube potatoes, cut carrots into 1/2 inch slices. Combine potatoes, carrots, water and onion soup fold in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 min. Cook grnd beef and drain. Stir everything together till heated.
