Ingredientes
- 1 x Boneless beef chuck roast
- 3 Tbsp. Veg. oil, divided
- 2 lrg Onions, minced
- 1 c. Ketchup
- 1 c. Beef broth
- 2/3 c. Chili sauce
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Molasses
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Liquid smoke
- 16 x Hamburger buns
Direcciones
- In a dutch oven, brown roast on all sides in 1 Tablespoons oil.
- Meanwhile in large saucepan, saute/fry onions in remaining oil
- till tender. Add in remaining ingredients except rolls;
- bring to a boil. REduce heat; simmer, uncovered , for 15 min
- stirring occasionally. Pour over roast. Cover and bake
- at 325 for 2 hrs; turn the roast and bake for 2 hrs
- more or possibly till meat is very tender. Remove roast; shred with a
- fork and return to the sauce. Serve on rolls.
