  1. In a dutch oven, brown roast on all sides in 1 Tablespoons oil.
  2. Meanwhile in large saucepan, saute/fry onions in remaining oil
  3. till tender. Add in remaining ingredients except rolls;
  4. bring to a boil. REduce heat; simmer, uncovered , for 15 min
  5. stirring occasionally. Pour over roast. Cover and bake
  6. at 325 for 2 hrs; turn the roast and bake for 2 hrs
  7. more or possibly till meat is very tender. Remove roast; shred with a
  8. fork and return to the sauce. Serve on rolls.
