Receta Shredded Pork And Peppers With Celery Stir Fry 2pts

Ingredientes
- 2 ounce pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 pch grnd pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp egg white pwdr
- 3 dsh soy sauce
- 1 lrg garlic clove chopped
- 1/4 c. red bell pepper julienne
- 1/4 c. green bell pepper julienne
- 3/4 c. sliced crisp celery
- 1 x green onion thinly sliced on diagonal
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
- Â Â cooking spray
- 1 tsp cool press sesame oil (not toasted)
- Â Â or possibly peanut or possibly canola oil

- 1. Place pork in a plastic ziplock freezer bag. Lb. the pork till it is 1/8-inch thick. Remove from the bag and cut into strips 1.5-inch wide. Cut into 2x1/8x18-inch strips. Return to the bag. Add in the marinade ingredients. Seal the bag, removing the air. Knead the contents to blend and coat. Let rest in the refrigerator for 30 min. Remove from the refrigerator to hot on the counter for no more than 10 min.
- 2. Prepare the remaining ingredients. Heat a wok over high flame. Spray and add in half the oil. Rotate pan to heat oil. Add in the garlic and saute/fry 30 second. Add in the pork and stir fry till no longer pink.
- 3. Make a well in the center of the wok and add in the bell peppers. Stir and saute/fry for 1 to 2 min or possibly till almost soft.
- 4. Make a well in center. Add in the remaining oil if necessary; add in the celery. Stir and saute/fry for 2 min. Add in the onion and cilantro. Stir and fry for 30 seconds. Serve warm. Offer soy sauce.
- GOOD rice or possibly with peanutty noodle dish such as "Angel Hair Pasta with Peanut Sauce 4pts." TIMING. Prepare the noodle dish while the pork marinates. Chop the veggies while the pork warms outside of the refrigerator.
