Receta Shreded Beef Tacos
Easy tacos to make the meat will come out more tender in a crock pot then on the stove and the salsa is an easy top off that makes them tasty!

Ingredientes
- Meat:
- Chuck steak
- salt
- pepper
- garlic salt
- one half of a lemon or lime

- Pico de Galleo Salsa:
- 5 tomatos
- 1 jalepeno
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 of a head of cilantro
- 2 lemons or limes
- salt
- pepper
Direcciones
- Cut steak into small pieces. Place cut pieces into a pan add in salt, pepper, garlic salt and juice of one half of lemon or lime. The steak will create its own juices taste the juices as its just about done adding more salt or pepper to taste.

- Salsa: Cut tomatos into small squares, finely cut jalapeno, chop green onions and cilantro, mix all ingredients into bowl squeez lemon or lime juice into the bowl adding salt and pepper to taste

- To serve: heat corn tortillas on a tortilla pan, when done place meat and salsa on top! serve with a side of rice and beans.
