Receta Shrimp And Lobster Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Cleaned raw shrimp
- 1/4 lb Grnd pork
- 1 Tbsp. Dry sherry
- 4 Tbsp. Oil
- 4 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 slc Ginger root -or possibly-
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 2 x Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Msg
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Cooked black beans (optional)
Direcciones
- Mix shrimp with 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch and sherry. Set aside. Mix remaining cornstarch in 1/4 c. cool water. In skillet, cook shrimp in oil, stirring constantly, for 2 min. Remove. Add in ginger, garlic and beans to oil; stir. Add in pork, salt, soy sauce, MSG, sugar and 1 c. water. Bring to boil and simmer 2 min. Add in shrimp and egg; stir well. Serve warm over rice.
