Receta Shrimp And Scallop Brochette

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. dry vermouth
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 lbs. raw large shrimp shelled and deveined
- 1 pound raw scallops
Direcciones
- Put together oil, vermouth, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to make a marinade. Marinade shrimp and scallops for 30 min. Thread onto bamboo skewers which have been soaked in water. Broil, turning frequently and basting with marinade, for 5 min or possibly till cooked. Serves 6.
