Receta Shrimp cocktail
Light Meal, Easy Snack.
Ingredientes
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro
- 5 medium tomatoes
- 5 sticks of chopped green onions
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 lemons or limes (your choice of flavor )
- 1 bag of frozen clean/devained uncooked shrimp.
- 2 table spoons pepper paste
- 2 table spoons tomatoe paste
- 5 table spoons ketchup
- 1 can tomatoe puree
- salt and pepper to taste
- and water for desired thickness.

- (Jalapeno peppers a great diced very small in this recepie.)
Direcciones
- Boil shrimp until light pink usually 4-6 minutes do not over cook or will become rubbery. I like to slice my shrimp in three but you can leave whole as well. Let chill in refigerator. serve with crackers or tortilla chips. Garnish with cilantro.
