- 3/4 c. (1/2 lb.) tiny, cooked shrimp or possibly minced cooked seafood
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp. minced green onions
- 3 mushrooms, minced
- Some salt & celery
- 4 Large eggs

- Combine all ingredients, adding Large eggs last. Fry in warm grease as small pancakes. Pile several together and pour over Foo Young Sauce.
