Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 green onions and tops, minced
- 3 c. cool cooked rice
- 1/4 pound cooked baby shrimp
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
Direcciones
- Blend Large eggs and water; set aside. Heat oil in warm wok or possibly large skillet over medium heat. Add in onions; stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add in egg mix; scramble. Stir in rice. Add in shrimp and soy sauce. Cook till thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.
