- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 6 oz Andouille Sausage
- 1/2 onion minced
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups shrimp broth (recipe below)
- 1/2 cup half and half
