Receta Shrimp In Blueberry Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Peeled & deveined shrimp
- 1 x Recipe COURT BOUILLON
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Water
- 2 c. Blueberries
Direcciones
- Cook shrimp in bouillon. Drain & chill. Blend cornstarch, salt, lemon juice & sugar in water. Bring to boil. Add in blueberries & simmer 10 min. Chill. Pour sauce in dish & arrange shrimp on top.
