Receta Shrimp In Cheese Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. shrimp, cooked
- 3/4 teaspoon M.S.G.
- Dry white wine
Direcciones
- Heat cheese in butter. Stir in lowfat sour cream and a bit of juice from the mushrooms. Add in M.S.G. Add in wine to taste. Heat but don't boil. Add in shrimp. Heat thoroughly. Serve with rice or possibly noodles. Serves 3-4.
