Receta Shrimp In Sour Cream

Ingredientes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 sm. bunch green onions
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. flour
- Salt and pepper
- 8 ounce. carton lowfat sour cream
- Rice
Direcciones
- Finely mince green onions and saute/fry in butter. Add in shrimp and cook briefly with onions. Drain mushrooms and blend in the flour with the juice. Stir juice and mushrooms into shrimp mix, stirring till thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Just before serving add in lowfat sour cream and heat - don't boil. Serve over rice.
