Receta Shrimp Or Chicken Curry

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. cooked shrimp or possibly chicken (cut up)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Direcciones
- Heat butter over low heat in saucepan. Saute/fry onion and curry in melted butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat till mix is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in broth and lowfat milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Add in shrimp or possibly chicken and lemon juice. Heat. Serve over rice with raisins, pineapple, almonds or possibly bacon. Serves 4.
