Receta Shrimp Quiche
This is one of the best quiche I have ever had. You can also use crab rather than shrimp. Better make two because it will be eaten fast.
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
- Parsley for garnish
- 1 deep dish pie shell
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350'.
- Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk thoroughly.
- Stir in shrimp, cheese and chives.
- Spoon into pie shell.
- Garnish with parsley
