Receta Shrimp Rice Bake

Ingredientes
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. green pepper or possibly mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 3/4 c. chicken broth or possibly bouillon & water
- 3/4 pound fresh shrimp, shelled
- 2 1/2 c. rice, cooked
Direcciones
- May be frzn before baking. Saute/fry onion, minced green pepper and garlic in butter. Add in mushrooms and salt. Blend flour broth and shrimp. Cover over medium heat 10 min or possibly till mix thickens. Pour in casserole dish, blend in rice. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 to 30 min, covered. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese last 5 min.
