- 1 can (10 ounce.) rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/3 c. minute rice
- 2 (5 ounce.) pkg. frzn thawed shrimp
Direcciones
- Combine tomatoes, water and seasonings in skillet. Cover and bring to a boil. Add in minute rice right from box. Then add in shrimp. Cover and simmer 7 min.
