- 1 bell pepper
- Cilantro to taste (1/3 bunch)
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 lg. can shrimp
- 1 lg. can El Paso sauce (spiced tomato sauce)
- 1 cucumber (seeds removed)
- 3 garlic cloves
- Oregano to taste
- Juice of 3 lemons or possibly limes
- Jalepeno or possibly serrano chili to taste
Direcciones
- Finely chop all ingredients and serve with corn chips or possibly jicama made into chips.
