Receta Shrimp With Dipping Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. bottled horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp liquid warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 x scallions, minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1Â 1/2 lb large shrimp, cleaned
- 1Â 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 x bay leaf
Direcciones
- SAUCE: Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, pepper sauce and salt in bowl. Add in scallion and parsley. Cover, chill at least 1 hour or possibly up to 2 days.
- SHRIMP: Bring 3 qts of water to boil. Add in shrimp, salt, and bay leaf. Boil 1 to 2 min, till pink and cooked through. Drain in colander, run under cool water to stop cooking. Drain, place in bowl. Cover, chill till ready to serve with sauce.
- Makes 6 servings.
