Receta Shrimp Wrapped In Bacon Kobobs

Ingredientes
- 2 lb medium size shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 1 lb regular sliced bacon (each strip cut in 3rd's)
- Â Â Soy Sauce (I use Kikkoman brand)
- Â Â White pepper
- Â Â Bamboo sticks (about 8" long)
Direcciones
- Soak the bamboo sticks in hot water for about 30 min to prevent them from burning on the grill (or possibly under the broiler).
- Wrap each shrimp with 1/3 of a slice of bacon.
- Line up 6-8 bacon wrapped shrimp on each bamboo stick.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and a bit of white pepper.
- Place on grill after coals are covered with gray ash.
- Turn several times till bacon is cooked.
- Place on meat platter and serve.
