Receta Simple Shepherd's Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 beef-flavored bouillon cube
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
- 3 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 (10 ounce.) can beef gravy
Direcciones
- Brown beef with oil, celery, and onion; drain excess fat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add in to meat mix and cook, stirring often, till boiling and thickened. Spread mix in pastry shell. Spread potatoes over meat mix. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till pastry is browned. Serve with gravy.
